Report-card comments from real scores
Pro feature · Free during beta
Type or paste each student's scores or grades (“Math 82, Reading 91, missing 3 assignments”, letter grades, or a table from a spreadsheet). Homeroom picks the strength and the focus area from your scores, adds one specific detail (yours, if you give one), and drafts a comment in your voice. Student names are swapped for placeholders in your browser before anything is sent (how that works). Scores are only used to write the comments. You review and edit every comment; nothing is sent anywhere.
After conferences? The follow-up kit drafts the family email and a short comment from your conference notes. Uses your saved voice profile and class facts if you have them.
Paste a table from a spreadsheet
First row: Name, then a column per subject (a column called Missing or Late counts assignments). One row per student. Tab-, comma- or pipe-separated.
🔒 0 student names will be replaced before sending. Scores are sent as typed (no names are needed to write the comment). If a name you typed would still appear, Homeroom stops before sending. Names not typed here or on your roster may not be caught. What happens to student names?
Scores are saved only in this browser. Use “Clear all” when you're done.
