Jot a few notes per student. For each one you get talking points that open positive, name the concern plainly, and end with a next step and something to try at home, plus a follow-up email to the family and an optional scheduling email. Student and parent names, emails and phone numbers are swapped for placeholders in your browser before anything is sent. Nothing is sent to families; you copy, edit and send it yourself.

If a name you typed would still appear, Homeroom stops before sending. Names not typed here or on your roster may not be caught, so check the privacy lens.
