Post-conference follow-up kit

Pro feature · Free during beta

After the conference, jot what you discussed, what you agreed, next steps and the next check-in date. For each student you get a follow-up email that opens with something kind and specific about the child, puts the check-in date and the ask at the top, and gives one or two things to try at home. You can also get a short report-card comment draft; for comments built from real scores or grades, use the report-card tool. Student and parent names, emails and phone numbers are swapped for placeholders in your browser before anything is sent (how that works). Nothing is sent to families.

Tips and templates: parent-conference prep guide. Uses your saved voice profile and class facts if you have them.

Student 1

Have each student's scores or grades? Draft report-card comments from real scores (strength and focus area come straight from the scores).

🔒 0 names, emails or phone numbers will be replaced before sending. Parent emails you type here are never sent. If a name you typed would still appear, Homeroom stops before sending. Names not typed here or on your roster may not be caught. What happens to student names?

Notes are saved only in this browser. Use “Clear all” when you're done.

Follow-up emails and report-card comments appear here. Nothing is sent to families.
